Our review is a bit late, but we wanted to convey just how happy we were with Omni and our build. Before our build, we went to many builders for quotes. Omni has a fantastic base inclusions package that blows the major builders out of the water.

Our build is still in progress with OMNI, but we are extremely happy with their work so far.
We have friends who are building through another company, and they have been besieged by delays, supply issues, and what seems like a lot of incompetence. With OMNI, we’ve had nothing of the sort. Our build remains on time despite the intense rainy season and supply problems caused by COVID. I assume OMNI are both well connected and extremely organised—just what you want from a builder.
Our independent “lockup” stage inspection was near perfect, with the inspector finding just one small cosmetic issue that OMNI agreed to fix. I’ve every confidence that the final handover inspection will be similar.
Picking a good builder seems like a tough challenge in Brisbane, but I would highly recommend OMNI based on their work so far.
